# MobileCLI Terms of Service **Last Updated: February 9, 2026** These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MobileCLI ("the App", "the Service"), operated by MobileCLI ("we", "us", "our"). By using MobileCLI, you agree to these Terms. --- ## 1. Service Description MobileCLI is a mobile development environment for Android that provides terminal access, AI coding assistants, development tools, and device hardware integration. The Service is provided as a subscription-based application. ## 2. Subscription and Pricing ### 2.1 Subscription Plans MobileCLI offers a Pro subscription at the current listed price. Pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase. ### 2.2 Free Trial New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged. ### 2.3 Billing and Renewal Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly). You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. ### 2.4 Price Changes We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least **30 days' written notice** before any price increase takes effect. If you are an existing subscriber at the time of a price change: - Your current rate remains in effect until the end of your current billing period. - The new price applies at your next renewal date after the notice period. - You may cancel before the new price takes effect. ### 2.5 Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings within the App, or directly through your payment provider (Stripe or PayPal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date. ### 2.6 Refunds Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact us and we will work to resolve it or issue a refund. Refunds for partial billing periods are generally not provided. ## 3. Acceptable Use You agree not to use MobileCLI to: - Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights - Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software - Engage in unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data - Send unsolicited messages (spam) using the SMS or communication features - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as permitted by applicable law - Circumvent or disable any security features of the App - Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others - Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs through your use of MobileCLI, including any commands executed, code deployed, messages sent, or files created. ## 4. Intellectual Property ### 4.1 Our IP MobileCLI, its design, code, branding, and documentation are owned by us. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose. ### 4.2 Your Content You retain ownership of any code, files, or content you create using MobileCLI. We do not claim any rights over your work product. ### 4.3 Open Source Components MobileCLI includes open-source software components. These are governed by their respective licenses, which are available in the App under "Open Source Licenses." ## 5. Third-Party Services MobileCLI integrates with third-party services including but not limited to: - **AI Providers:** Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), OpenAI (Codex) - **Payment Processors:** Stripe, PayPal - **Deployment Platforms:** Vercel, Firebase, GitHub, and others Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. ## 6. Disclaimer of Warranties **THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.** We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties regarding: - The reliability or accuracy of any AI-generated code or suggestions - The outcome of any code you build, deploy, or execute using the Service - Compatibility with all Android devices or configurations - The availability of third-party services integrated with the App ## 7. Limitation of Liability **TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES**, including but not limited to: - Loss of data, code, or work product - Loss of revenue or profits - Device damage or malfunction - Damages resulting from commands executed through the terminal - Damages arising from third-party service outages or changes **OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.** ## 8. Account Termination ### 8.1 By You You may delete your account at any time through the Account settings in the App. ### 8.2 By Us We may suspend or terminate your account if you: - Violate these Terms - Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity - Abuse the Service in a manner that impacts other users or our infrastructure - Fail to pay subscription fees We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except where immediate action is required to protect the Service or other users. ## 9. Modifications to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by: - Posting the updated Terms at mobilecli.com/terms.md - Updating the "Last Updated" date - Providing notice through the App (via the Message of the Day feature or in-app notification) Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. ## 10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law. ## 11. Live Content Features MobileCLI includes optional "Live Update" features that fetch content from mobilecli.com over the internet. These features include AI Briefing, Update, What's New, Message of the Day, and Scripts Library, accessible from the navigation drawer. ### 11.1 How It Works When you tap a live-update button, MobileCLI fetches content from our servers and displays it in a preview dialog. You may then choose to send that content to your terminal session or dismiss it. ### 11.2 Your Responsibility You are responsible for reviewing fetched content before sending it to the terminal. Content sent to the terminal may be read by AI assistants (Claude, Gemini, Codex) running in your session. ### 11.3 No Guarantee of Content Security While we take reasonable measures to secure mobilecli.com, we cannot guarantee that content fetched from any external server is free from malicious or misleading content. If you are concerned about this risk, you may disable live updates in the app's Settings menu. ### 11.4 Disabling Live Updates You can disable all live-update features at any time through the Settings menu in the app. When disabled, no content is fetched from external servers. ## 12.
